Job summary

Ranch Terrace Skilled Nursing is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's plan. We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse supervisor promptly.
• Report accidents and incidents observed during shift.
• Prepare resident rooms for arrival, ensuring beds, tags, and kits are ready.
• Assist residents with daily activities and comfort measures.
• Inventory and secure residents' personal possessions.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents from vehicles as needed.
• Follow facility policies and supervisors' instructions.
• Maintain a calm, homelike environment for residents.
