Ideal candidates hold a Texas CNA certification, can record vitals accurately, assist with mobility and grooming, follow safety policies, and promote a respectful, patient-centered environment for the elderly and residents with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas CNA certification.
• Accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Understands and upholds patient rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and reality orientation.
