Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and monitoring intake.
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans.
