Job summary

TIMBERLINE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions. The role emphasizes patient comfort, accurate documentation, and strict confidentiality within a supportive team environment.

The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, and assist in transporting residents when needed, while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
• Assist with daily resident care tasks including mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare residents for exams and tests as instructed.
• Support in safe transfer and transport of residents between rooms and areas.
• Follow policies and procedures and communicate any issues to supervisors.
