The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certification, has experience in long-term care settings, and demonstrates excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs and activities.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
