Responsibilities

• Answering call lights.
• Ensure nursing care is provided in privacy.
• Assist with feeding and daily grooming.
• Help residents with mobility (sitting, standing, walking).
• Proper lifting and transitions between wheelchair, bed, and chair.
• Transport residents to dining area and activities.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information as per HIPAA.
