• Maintain a safe, clean environment and respond to call bells promptly.
• Respect residents’ rights and report any incidents or abuse.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care tasks.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and report defects to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
