Job summary

IntegriNurse Hathaway Manor in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality daily care to residents per their care plans. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in daily activities per care plans.
• Respect residents’ rights, dignity, and individuality.
• Follow individualized care plans and document ADLs in EHR.
• Observe, report, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper infection control.
• Greet residents and families warmly, and escort to appointments or activities.
