Job summary

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.

You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility while observing changes in residents and reporting them to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
