Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. You will help meet physical, emotional, and clinical needs, while respecting residents' routines and preferences.

The role includes assisting with activities, coordinating with the clinical team, and contributing to a warm, compassionate village environment. 18+ age, state CNA certification, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans aligned with their preferences.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
