Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Shifts include Days, Evening, Nights and Weekends; part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience required.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and daily living needs.
• Assist residents with personal care plans honoring preferences and routines to foster comfort and belonging.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs in collaboration with the clinical team.

Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Days, Evening, Nights and Weekend Only shifts available.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
