Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Brooksby Village in Peabody, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

You will work with the clinical team to meet residents' needs while promoting comfort, companionship, and belonging. We offer pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth as

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living.

• Provide physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical support as needed.
• Support resident activities and programs.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
