Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with daily tasks and routines.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
