Trezevant Episcopal Home in Memphis, TN is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living. The role focuses on personal hygiene, grooming, feeding assistance, and supporting residents in daily activities within a healthcare facility.

The position requires 18+ years old and experience in caregiving, with opportunities for in-service training and routine rounds.

Competenze

• Experience in care giving needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Mansioni

• Attend in-service hours annually to include Infection Control and Safety.
• Maintain CNA Certification status if applicable.
• Provide basic patient care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Make beds and manage resident clothing and personal items.
• Record weights, vital signs, intake and outputs as assigned.
• Assist with feeding residents who cannot feed themselves.
• Support resident activities and respond to pendant calls promptly.
• Perform routine rounds and monitor residents’ condition and changes.
