Qualifications

• Must be licensed as CNA or actively enrolled in CNA program.
• At least 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during CNA certification training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours thereafter.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
• Make beds and maintain clean bedside and overbed areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible to residents.
• Assist as directed by Charge Nurse or supervisory staff.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant license

Currently enrolled in CNA program
