Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patients with daily living activities under RN supervision. You will assist with basic nursing tasks and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role requires WA CNA certification, completion of an accredited CNA program, and basic computer skills. A GED/HS diploma is accepted; eligible for Medical Assistant - Registered where applicable. This hourly role includes comprehensive benefits and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program and WA CNA license.
• HS diploma or GED required; eligible for Medical Assistant - Registered where applicable.
• Basic computer skills including Windows, email and keyboarding.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Provide basic nursing care and observe patient conditions.
• Take and record vital signs and measurements accurately.
• Document accurately in the patient medical record.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in quality improvements.
