Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow instructions from nursing staff and licensed nurses.
• Document nursing care provided in patient records.
• Record vital signs and notify nurses of changes.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene and routine cares.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, turning and repositioning as planned.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and equipment.

Education
