Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, hygiene, grooming).
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Turn and reposition patients; make beds; maintain clean, safe rooms.
• Document care provided in patient records accurately and promptly.
• Respond to call signals and report observations to nursing staff.
