Job summary

CHI Health Immanuel in North Omaha, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under RN direction. You will provide compassionate basic care, assist with mobility and transport, and contribute to the patient’s plan of care.

You will work as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, maintaining safety and dignity, and upholding high standards of conduct; required CNA course, CPR, and licensure compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Complete the 75-hour state approved CNA course.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate as part of the nursing process under supervision.
• Contribute to health status assessment and communicate findings to the team.
• Provide basic patient care, assist with transport, and document care in the record.
