Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 75-hour state approved CNA course.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in Nebraska upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under RN/LPN supervision.
• Contribute to health status assessment and plan of care.
• Provide basic patient care and assist with patient transport as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Document cares in the patient’s record and communicate findings to the team.
