CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to support patient care under RN direction. You will deliver basic care, assist with transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a service mindset, strong communication, and a commitment to high-quality, dignified healthcare, with responsibilities guided by the nursing process and documentation standards.

Formación

• Completed the 75-hour state approved CNA course.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under RN/LPN supervision.
• Contribute to the plan of care through observation and data collection.
• Provide basic patient care activities as delegated.
• Document care provided in the patient record.
• Support patient transport and participate in the interdisciplinary team.
