Vitruvian Health in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. You will follow the patient care plan, assist with activities of daily living, document care, and ensure safety and comfort for patients across shifts.

Non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities to grow within a compassionate, mission-driven team. Qualifications include a CNA diploma and strong commitment to patient care; BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA diploma from an accredited program is required.
• BLS certification is preferred but not required.
• Non-exempt status; full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to patient assessments and care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document care and report to the Charge Nurse.
• Be flexible with hours, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.
