Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in a hospital or care setting. You will support patient care plans, communicate with the care team, and help ensure a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The role requires a CNA diploma and compliance with state CNA regulations; BLS is preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position with opportunity to grow within a mission-driven healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
• CNA Diploma required as evidenced by primary source verification.
• BLS certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per patient assessment and care plan under supervision.
• Follow directions from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership.
• Assist with patient care activities and maintain professional patient interactions.
