Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA diploma and valid certification as required by state law.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the care plan.
• Assist patients in bed, transfers, bathing, and dressing.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and nourishment documentation.
• Support with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety using proper body mechanics.
