Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant registration and licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine daily nursing care and services per the patient's assessment and care plan.
• Reports to Charge Nurse and follows supervisor directions.
• May be required to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
