CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will follow policies and procedures to optimize patient care and support our patient-centered mission.

In this role you will perform essential patient care tasks, support nursing staff, and engage in a collaborative, growth-focused team environment with clear pathways for professional development and career advancement.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program.
• State registered CNA license in good standing.
• Six (6) months CNA or healthcare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides quality patient care including comfort and hygiene, skin care, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Responds promptly to call lights and patient needs.
• Reports patient status changes to the Registered Nurse promptly and accurately.
• Documents vital signs, intake/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights and care performed.
• Maintains confidential patient charts and records.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks under nurse supervision.
• Provides person-centered care with respect and collaboration with the team.
• Communicates concerns about hazards or errors to the health care team.
