Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed.
• Document patient data accurately in charts and I&O sheets.
• Take vital signs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist with transfers and manual handling of residents weighing 200+ lbs.
• Follow physician or therapy orders for equipment and procedures.
