The Blair Memory Care Center of Cary is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care for residents, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in maintaining residents' health and well-being.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, adherence to safety protocols, and active engagement with residents to promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents' health; record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Engage residents with activities to promote social interaction and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment and adhere to infection control procedures.
