Horizon Home Health & Hospice in Twin Falls and Burley, Idaho, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our patient‑centered team. This full‑time, hourly role focuses on delivering dignified personal care and comfort in patients' homes.

CNAs perform ADLs, provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, and monitor changes under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho CNA certification.
• Active CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a prescribed plan of care.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Document services provided according to agency policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Support patients and families with professionalism, respect, and compassion.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
