CareAparent is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality home health care. You will provide personal care, nutrition support, homemaking, companionship, transportation, safety supervision and meticulous documentation in a home-based setting.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, PTO, travel pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and HSA options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.

Responsabilités

• Personal & Hygiene Care: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and skin care.
• Nutrition: meal planning and preparation, including special diets; medication reminders.
• Homemaking Care: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and errands.
• Companion & Respite Care: provide social engagement and activities with clients.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Safety and Supervision: maintain a safe home environment and report needs.
• Documentation/Record Keeping: update client notes and communicate with coordinators.
