Job summary

A Moment's Notice Health Care in Florida is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Indian River and surrounding counties. The role supports seniors to maintain independence at home and requires a valid CNA license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting care, assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and coordinating with Nursing Supervisor and family.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• CNA license and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual not required; English language knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care per the care plan with Nursing Supervisor and family.
• Document all care performed during shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Monitor health indicators and support client independence.
