Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, positioning).
• Take vital signs and report observations to supervising nurse.
• Communicate resident concerns to the nurse/physician.
• Record notes in patient chart and relay to supervisor.
• Help turn or lift disabled residents.
• Perform basic grooming, dressing, bathing, eating.
