Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and ADLs.
• Provide oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records accurately at end of shift.
• Willing to participate in in-service trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care in the morning, after meals, and at bedtime.
• Complete patient care records with accurate I&O at end of shift.
• Support charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
