Qualifications

• At least one year of elderly or frail care experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• CNA or HHA certification.
• Basic English for communication and care documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be 18+ in a licensed adult day program.
• Flexibility to work in home-based and center-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide escort, housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry support.
• Follow individualized care plans to support dignity, safety, and independence.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Use proper body mechanics, infection-control precautions, and PPE.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and care team.
