Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work with residents at StoneBridge Health Campus in Bedford, IN. You will assist with daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan and provide companionship and support to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
