Job summary

Trilogy in Richmond, IN is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s plan of care. You will offer companionship and support, ensuring comfort and well-being for residents in a caring, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observation of resident condition, and collaboration with the caregiving team to promote safety. A HS diploma and active CNA certification are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
