Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide daily nursing care and supportive services aligned with each resident's plan of care. CNAs will offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement while maintaining safety and comfort for residents at Harbor Terrace Senior Living in Muskegon, MI.

Qualifications include an active CNA certification and a High School Diploma or GED; 0–1 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
