Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Byron Center, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care. CNAs will offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement while supporting a resident-centric approach.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining a safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
