DMS Care in Plano, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and to work closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

Formación

• Current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, meals, and intake/output.
• Strong communication, patience, and self-discipline.
• Empathy for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Understanding of Patient Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and grooming per policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment and stocked supplies.
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents with proper devices.
• Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with positioning for safety and comfort.
• Lead range of motion activities and provide orientation as directed.
