Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately document vitals, intake/output, and meals.
• Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and dependable attendance.
• Understands patient rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) following policy.
• Maintain resident environment (linens, supplies).
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed.
• Support resident engagement and orientation as needed.
