Job summary
Regency on the Lake-Fort Gratiot in Michigan seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support mobility and safety. You will document observations and vital signs, respond to call lights, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA program and pass competency exam within 120 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Measure vital signs and record intake/output.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
- Respond to call lights and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and documentation per facility procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Perform routine rounds every two hours.
- Provide skin care and report changes to licensed nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation services.
