Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Elizabethtown is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, documenting I&O, and supporting the charge nurse with resident care.

Requirements: 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, CNA listed in DFS registry; willing to learn, attend trainings; new CNA

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant registered in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift (I&O).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
