Job summary

Wynscape Health & Rehab at Wyndemere in Wheaton, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, and communicate with nurses to ensure high-quality care in a warm community setting.

We offer a new pay scale, shift differentials up to $6/hr, daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 is available for eligible applicants. Shift options include part-time, PRN, days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification required
• 1 year of experience in Senior Living
• Desire to provide a high level of care and customer service
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed using Hoyer lifts and other mechanical assists
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly
