Job summary

The Oaks at Belmont in Michigan is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for residents under the plan of care. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support the care team in delivering high-quality resident services.

We offer weekly pay and Thrive benefits in a stable long-term care setting. Required: active CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
