Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team at Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI. CNAs provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care while offering companionship and support in a respectful, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
