Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent and are listed as a CNA in Virginia or West Virginia registries; BLS certification is required prior to orientation completion.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of human growth and development.
• Able to interact with patients according to age-specific needs.
• Requires reliable phone communication with hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine personal care for patients under RN/LPN supervision.
