Job summary

Sequim Bay Post Acute in Sequim, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on patient care under the direction of licensed staff.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, mobility support, feeding, toileting, and documenting care while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort. A Washington CNA certification and reliable, compassionate service are required; training provided for new CNAs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by Washington State DOH.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs independently; up to 100+ lbs with assistance.
• New CNAs welcome; training provided.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding.
• Support restorative care to maintain independence via ROM and safe ambulation.
• Assist with toileting, transfers, and daily living needs with care.
• Monitor and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment and follow infection control.
