Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown is hiring a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on day shifts. You will provide direct resident care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, and help create a compassionate, safe environment in our 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff guidance.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
• Flexible, engaging, and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plans.
• Record resident vitals, weights, intake/output, and other data.
• Turn and position residents and maintain hygiene in rooms.
• Support orientation and training of other staff as needed.
