Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to ensure safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the community.
• Report significant findings to nursing staff promptly.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge to ensure smooth transition.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of resident rooms.
• Follow infection control procedures and respect privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide restorative care to prevent complications and support functional abilities.
