Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring, team-focused environment on-site. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply and join our dedicated staff in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with restorative care and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers.
